CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING POLICY: All appointments must be reserved using our booking link online. After submitting your non refundable deposit you will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours. CANCELLATION POLICY: A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. If you don’t comply you forfeit your non refundable deposit & will be required a new deposit to reserve a new appointment. "No shows" will be charged 100% of the total and will not be able to reserve another appointment in the future. LATE POLICY: You will ONLY be allowed 10 minutes late to your appointment, anything later than that might require you to reschedule your appointment for the next available date - NO EXCEPTIONS. NO EXTRA GUESTS in the studio. COVID19 PROTOCOL: You will be required to use a mask at all times, wash &/or sanitize your hands upon arrival. ​ REFUND POLICY: Amount paid is nonrefundable. ​ BY BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU AGREE WITH THE POLICIES MENTIONED ABOVE.
